DEPTH OF THE CUT IS MANUAL ADJUSTABLE AND DEPENDS ON TYPE OF PRODUCT REQUIRED. THE SHRIMP CUTTER CAN BE USED TO CUT PRODUCT FOR EZ - PEEL, PDTO, PTO OR BUTTERFLY. ONCE THROUGH THE CUTTING STAGE, THE PRODUCT DROPS ONTO A LOWER CONVEYOR BELT IS ATTACHED TRANSFERRING THE PRE-CUT PRODUCT TO THE PEELING SECTION,WHERE OPERATORS REMOVE THE SHELL OF THE PRODUCT OR AS PRODUCT TYPE REQUIREMENT. THE PEELED PRODUCT IS THEN TRANSFERRED TO THE NEXT PROCESS.
